I'm Jason McCoy, founder of Pre-Failure Research Group LLC (PFRG) and the inventor of OmniSniffer — a governance integrity and pre-failure detection platform built on a simple premise: systems fail quietly long before they fail visibly.
OmniSniffer is designed to catch that quiet drift — tampering, integrity gaps, early failure signals — before they become the kind of problem that shows up in an audit finding or a headline.
Before this, I spent over a decade as an AI beta tester, contributing to red-teaming and adversarial testing efforts on an ad hoc basis, with a background that also includes digital forensics, network security, and — further back — running my own special coatings and painting business. Different fields, same instinct: find where things are about to break before they do.
I'm building OmniSniffer as a solo founder, working directly with patent counsel toward a non-provisional filing, guided by a simple standard I try to hold myself to — a little better than yesterday. My dog Buddy keeps me company through most of it — officially, he's Team Lumnira's morale support.
